  3. U.S. Order Delivery Time:
    • Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time
    • Process Time:
      • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
      • Most orders take 7-14 days to prepare from the time of ordering, customized orders still require additional days.
    • Shipping Time: 
      • A: Free shipping method requires 8-16 days delivery with full tracking by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
      • B: Expedited shipping methods require 6-10 days shipping time and you will need to pay an additional fee
    • Delivery times for U.S. orders
      • Standard Shipping: 15-30 days
      • Express Shipping: 13-24 days

    FAQs

    1. How long is your delivery time?

    • In most cases
      • If you choose free shipping, the delivery time will be 15-30 days.
      • If you choose expedited shipping, you need to pay extra fee and the delivery time will be 13-24 days.
    • In special cases
      • If events beyond our control or that of our delivery partners delay or prevent delivery on the originally estimated date and/or time, we or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Products involves delivery of the Products to the address you have provided. If we are unable to deliver your product within 90 days, we will do the following:

    a) Notify you;

    b) Cancel your order; and

    c) Refund to you.

    2. How do I track an order?

    • Once the goods have been dispatched, we will email you the courier company name and tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to view a tracking summary with the delivery information captured at various scan points during the item's transit.

    3. I need an item by a certain date!

    Although we do our best to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date. The courier company is fully authorized to deliver your order immediately once the package leaves our door. We ask you to purchase before the deadline to avoid unexpected delays.

    We can offer express shipping with DHL or Fedex. Please ask us for a quote before ordering. If the order is rushed, it can often arrive in as little as 13-24 days.

    If the order does not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund the order during transit. In order for the refund to be processed, the order must be returned to us.

    4. How much is the shipping cost?

    All our packages are delivered free of charge. If you would like faster delivery, please contact our customer service in advance.

    5. Incorrect address or address change

    When placing your order, please make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages or any costs associated with providing an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee that the address change will be successful. In any case, if an address change is necessary, Postal Parcel or EMS will charge us a change of address fee and Postal Parcel or EMS will also charge us an additional redelivery fee if the new address is not close to the incorrect address.

    If you ask us to contact Parcel Post or EMS on your behalf to request a change, we will send you an invoice to cover the additional costs of the change. If you make changes yourself and invoice us separately via Parcel Post or EMS, we will send you an invoice for this amount so that we can compensate for the costs. Although the invoice is collected by us, we ultimately send the full amount to Parcel Post or EMS on your behalf. We ask for your understanding that while we do our best to cover the costs of our own mistakes, we cannot cover the costs of mistakes beyond our control.

    6. Lost, Stolen and Misdirected Packages

    If a signature is not required, Parcel Post or EMS will use their sole discretion to determine if an area is suitable for a package. If a signature is required, attempts will be made to obtain one from someone at or near the address. If they are unable to obtain a signature, they may leave a door hanger with further instructions. Check your tracking information for details on the last delivery attempt.

    We offer a reshipping service if the package is returned to the shipping location due to lost, stolen or misdirected packages.

    Return shipping is a paid service (we charge shipping based on the size of the package and the weight of the individual lamps).

    If the lamp is damaged or lost in transit, we will send you a new lamp free of charge.

    If a parcel is marked "Delivered" but cannot be found, it is likely that the parcel is nearby or is still in the delivery truck and has not been lost. Usually the parcel will be delivered the next day. If you still cannot find your parcel, it is your responsibility to contact Postal Parcel or EMS and request a "tracking" to locate your parcel. To receive a replacement or refund, you must request a tracking to confirm that the parcel is lost and all tracking must be completed within 7 days of delivery. Outside of this period, we will no longer be able to make a claim to Postal Parcel or EMS for reimbursement of the cost of lost or stolen items.

    7. Parcel not received

    If you are unable to receive the parcel, you can contact the carrier in your country or you can contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

    Parcel Post or EMS will attempt to deliver the parcel once. However, if the package cannot be delivered (e.g. no signature, wrong address, etc.), FedEx will hold the package at a local facility for a short period of time before returning it to us. In this case, FedEx will charge us a fee to return the package a second time. We are not responsible for costs associated with returning items due to non-receipt of the package.

    In this case, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery. If you would like your item re-shipped, we will email you an invoice with the FedEx return shipping costs to the sender and the cost to re-ship the item. Alternatively, if you no longer need the package, we will issue you a refund less a 30% restocking fee to cover any lost shipping and handling costs. We must hear from you within 30 days of returning the item to resend or receive a refund.

    8. Who pays import duties and VAT?

    Delivery to your door (you don't have to pay import duties). In most cases, VAT is not charged when our packages are cleared through customs. However, in some cases, especially for larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and work with the buyer to provide documentation.

    This service is limited to certain standard shipping channels.

    9. Are there express shipping options?

    Yes! Expedited shipping will incur additional charges. Please email us your order and destination and we will calculate the individual shipping cost.
