What payment methods are accepted?

  • Currently we only accept PayPal for website payments.

I don't know what product to buy. Can you help?

  • Sure! Please send us an email and we will be happy to help you find the right product for you.

How do I order a product that is currently out of stock?

  • We usually keep our shelves well stocked. However, some custom products and sizes that exceed logistical limits will have inventory set to 0. Please contact us to confirm product availability.

Can I see a product before I buy it?

  • A: Because we are an online business, we do not have a physical store where we can see our products. By eliminating these overheads, we are able to offer prices significantly lower than traditional retailers.
  • Remember, Lampecho offers a 30-day return policy for unwanted items, so there is no risk.

    Will I receive a tax invoice?

    • Normally, after a customer makes a purchase, we automatically send an invoice email to the customer.
    • Customers can download purchase invoices.

    How much is the shipping cost?

    • Generally, we offer free and paid shipping methods.
    • If you choose free shipping, the delivery time is approximately 15-30 days
    • The delivery time is approximately 13-24 days if you pay extra for shipping.
    • We solemnly promise: we will ensure that all packages arrive safely at their destination within the agreed time. If you would like to receive your purchase faster, we can offer you express commercial shipping (DHL, UPS etc.), for which you will of course have to pay extra.     Is insurance included in your shipping?

    • Yes, all shipping costs include full insurance. Please check it carefully once you receive your order. If there are any problems with the goods you received (e.g. the product is damaged, your order does not meet your expectations or you have other questions), please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

    When will my order be shipped?

    • Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 14 days of purchase. If your order is urgent, please call us for current stock availability and confirm current delivery time before dispatch if the item is out of stock at the time of purchase. 

    How do I track an order?

    • Once the goods have been dispatched, we will email you the courier company name and tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to view a tracking summary with the delivery information captured at various scan points during the item's transit.

    What should I do if I have a problem?

    • If you have a problem, no matter how big or small, we want to hear from you. We're here for you, just email us at info@lampecho.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

      Are there differences between products?

      • While every effort has been made to describe items accurately, minor differences may occur. All measurements are approximate and colour reproduction is as accurate as the photographic process or printed material allows. Please note that colors may vary depending on screen calibration and settings. Since each of our products is handmade, there may be slight differences in assembly and finish. However, these differences do not affect the quality, finish, aesthetics or functionality of the product.

      How to care for the product?

      • All of our products are decorative pieces made by dedicated artisans. They are intended for indoor use only. We recommend storing them in a dry place and at room temperature. We recommend gently wiping the product with a damp cloth. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper cleaning, use of cleaning products or misuse.

      How to assemble the product?

      • Complete assembly instructions are included in the box of each product. These instructions will determine whether you need an electrician or multiple people for assembly.
      • It is recommended that lighting equipment be installed by professionals. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any incidents and/or accidents that may arise from improper use and/or installation of our products.

      What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

      • Please check the condition of the box before signing your receipt: our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before leaving the factory. If you receive a product with visible or hidden damage, you should immediately file a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging materials.
      • If damage is found during the visual inspection upon receipt of the goods, it must be noted on the delivery note and signed by you and the driver. Otherwise, the carrier will refuse to accept your claim. Keep all packaging materials and immediately inform the carrier that you want to make an inspection report so that you can make your claim to the carrier.
      • If the damage is only apparent when unpacking the product, the claim for hidden damage must be made immediately. Please save all packaging materials and inform the carrier that you want an inspection report to be completed so that you can file a claim with the carrier.
      • We carefully inspect all products for defects or manufacturing errors. If you have a problem with a product, please refer to the Shipping section in the Terms and Conditions.
